Refund Policy
For a limited time all BackCare Trainers are sold on an unconditional full money back
guarantee if returned within 14 days of receiving. You must call sales or corporate
office for a RPA (Return of Product Authorization Number). The cost of returning must be paid
for by the customer. All returns must be in the original box. If the BackCare Trainer
was delivered without a box, a box will be supplied at no cost to the customer for returning. Returns
can be delivered to the factory located in Essex Ma.
Returns after 14 days but within 30 days will have a 20% restocking and refurbishing fee.

Factory Direct Shipping items are shipped directly from the factory to your location.
Replacement Shipping - No cost if under warranty
Return Shipping - No cost if under warranty
